Sneaky Peek…

April 8, 2010

A snapshot of what Vanilla Ink could look like, images are brought to you by Ali Hunter, Architecture Student of Dundee Uni:

Vanilla Ink wants to make craft acessible. By having an open plan layout, with the lines between workshop and retail space disintegrated it will allow the public to become a part of the process, breaking down the barriers between the jeweller and the buyer.

The space will be welcoming and friendly and will be open to many different clientele.

There will be opportunities to sell intermingled within the workspace. An exhibition space to allow annual events to take place and seminar space, where professionals will be brought in to hold presentations, master classes and mentoring to the graduates.

Vanilla Ink is an idea in process and would love any feedback, opinions or advice.
