Hey JUDE (na na na na)

September 6, 2010

Dundee University Masters of Design 2010 have thrown out a special duo. They are Erin Ward and Liza Maclean. Two Dundonians looking to make a change. When I say change I don’t mean they want to save world or create world peace. I mean that they want to make a difference to Dundee.

Dundee houses a lot of creative talent don’t you know, or do you?

Liza and Erin are the creators of JUDE and JUDE is here to inform…

We at JUDE strive to establish change in the social and creative attitudes of the people of Dundee through JUDE, a magazine, online community and regular live events. JUDE will encourage and sustain local ambition by giving great exposure to all areas of talent in Dundee. By providing various platforms JUDE aims to identify and harness creative innovation taking place in the city. JUDE will mobilise ideas, resources, business and existing creative communities of Dundee to inspire the general public and especially the youths of the city.

JUDE wants to expose all kinds of creatives to Dundee and highlight the talent that Dundee harnesses. I for one want to know what’s going in my city, I want to know about music, fashion, art, fayres, etc. I want to see an outlet for creatives that is easily accessible. Nothing like this exists in Dundee and I am fully behind this project and I hope that JUDE’s first issue will be in my hands soon.

What would you want from JUDE? Tell JUDE here…

Be a part of JUDE!
